I have read and understand the SOUTHEAST EARLY LITERACY CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY:
- Before December 15th, refunds will be granted, less an $85 processing fee.
- After December 15th, refunds will be granted less a $100 processing fee IF a doctor's note
is submitted to the conference treasurer, Lisa Jonas geltergirl@gmail.com.
- After December 15th, no refund will be granted if a doctor’s note is NOT submitted.

Information

The registration fee includes a buffet lunch on Wednesday and a buffet lunch on Thursday.

For those staying at the Embassy Suites:

A complimentary buffet breakfast is provided on Thursday and Friday mornings.
Free beverages are available at the complimentary ‘Happy Hour’ (manager’s reception) on Thursday and Friday at the hotel bar.
An exercise room and a heated pool are available for those staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel.

Those staying at villas or condos:

A complimentary buffet breakfast is provided on Thursday and Friday mornings.
Free beverages are available at the complimentary ‘Happy Hour’ (manager’s reception) on Thursday and Friday at the hotel bar.
